at 5pm Eastern the Lab Machines will be deleted

        to get you code off the Lab Machine
        
        1) stop the Database and stop Compass
        2) in Eclipse remove any project you do not want to 
            download (make sure to delete contents on Disk)
        3) in Eclipse run Maven Clean to remove compiled code
           (you can also do this in File Explorer by emptying 
           the traget folder in each project)
        4) shut down Eclipse
        5) open the Window File Explorer to c:\Microservice\Workspace
        6) I want to build zip to download my code, I do not
            want to include: .metadata and RemoteSystemsTempFiles
            so I select the folders (projects) and right click 
            Send To -> Compressed (zipped) file
        7) On the Lab Machine desktop is an icon for the ProTechFTP tool
            I run this tool, it will ask me for my zip file (max size 500Mb)
               and a name 
            Then it will ask me to:
              A) copy the FTP URL
              B) email the FTP URL
