The IBM Mainframe is partitioned, and Java lives under the Unix System Services
        (USS)
        
        USS is a tree structure with the following directories:
        
        /  <- 'root'
        /u <- the home of all User's 'Home Directory' 
        /u/<userId> <- the actual Users Home Dir
        /usr <- the location where system application (Java WebSphere, etc) are installed
        /tmp <- the Unix Temp dir

        I have a file on USS that I need to edit it turns out I can use ISPF
        to edit a USS file
        
        when I am in OMVS I run: oedit <the name of the file>
        and I get to the ISPF editor
        
        If I am at a ISPF menu and write: TSO OEDIT 'runExample.sh'
        I get RUNEXAMPLE.SH in UPPERCASE
